| You wake up in a stone room on your single person bed in a small, solitary bedroom. You live on the top of a tower on the west wing of the castle.Today is your day off from training. You get freshened up and dressed and leave your room. You are suddenly stopped in the hallway by one of the higher ranked guards of the castle. Now guards aren't higher than knights, but some of them, like this one, are higher than squires such as yourself. He is blonde and has a mustasche. "Good morning squire." He says to you. "Morning..Umm.. What's your name again?" He gets upset and says, "It's Brimson..." Ah, no wonder you forgot.. Brimson.. Ha.. "Sorry, Brimson. I shall forget it not." You reply. "Right.. Squire, your first duty of the day is to shine my shoes." Wait a second. Today is your day off! You're not supposed to do ANY work! But then again.. He is higher than you.. |
