These helplines are for the UK only but the
websites can be viewed by all.
Look in your local phone book under
the words Most big towns and cities have gay switchboards. The 'lesbian
and gay' or just 'gay'. number for London switchboard is 0171
837 7324. Its open 24 hours but it's very busy. Try one of
the other switchboards if you can't get through.
The Terrence Higgins Trust
