Summary of the Invention:

The Turbine of Levitation and Electromagnetic Propulsion (EMLP Turbine) is a perpetual motion machine, its function is to generate electricity using electromagnets to create the  levitation of a turbine and the section of the rotor of a generator (alternator or dynamo) of electricity. The electromagnets excited by means of electrical energy originating of batteries neutralize the forces of gravity and the friction. The electromagnets in charge of the levitation are able by means of the induction of an electrical current to cause the alternate of their poles (North and South) created the rotating propulsion or the circular movement of the turbine and therefore rotates the generator rotor, which generates the electricity.

This system spends less energy of the one than it produces and because it is not a thermoelectrial system do not exist violations to the laws of the thermodynamics. The system depends on a mechanical process; the mechanical energy originated by the rotating propulsion of the generator rotor (alternator or dynamo) will transform that energy into electricity.
