Overview


A War Hero:

     In battle some soldiers simply know what to do or are just plain lucky. They survive to fight another day and are the stronger for their strife. This campaign emulates soldiers like these. Unlike the base books experience chart, war heroes will be able to increase their stats. They can earn the right to weild a power weapon or don a better suit of armor. These few will inspire your army during the mahem of an apocalypes.

Army Progression:

     All armies start the campaign with a 3,000 point limit, the minimum for a regular Apocalypse game. Each month of the campaign armies will gain additional points to their point limit. On average an army should expect close to a 100 point increase. Additionally, players may do additional skirmishes to increase their army point limit by a few points.

Big and Small:

     The standard Apocalypse rules are designed for massive armies to clash with previously unseen furry and strategy. These same rules have a lot of potential for smaller games too. For those days we just don't have as much time, this campaign features Apocalypse missions using as few as 250 points as well. These smaller games, called skirmishes, use slightly altered rules and can be done in as little time as 90 minutes (depending on the skirmish type).

Setting:

     The planet Detrull has a plethora of resources. Its five moons and polar icecaps have allowed for large military forces to gather their strength. Detrull's indigenous people are lead by great psykers who had foreseen the coming of the end. Some armies have come to rape the planet of its resources, others have come to protect the people of Detrull, and some have come to crack open psyker skulls. To the victor go the spoils!
