Dear Elena,

Thank you for your letter. Receiving a note like yours is one of my favorite perks of working on "The X-Files" and I am honored to hear that the episodes I've written have meant so much to you. It is a tremendous feeling to have a viewer single out an episode of mine as one of their favorites.

To answer your question, I'm not entirely certain what I'll be doing this time next year. It "The X-Files" returns for a tenth season, I may continue to work on the show, or perhaps I will concentrate on writing movie screenplays.If you're interested, I wrote a movie called "Home Fries" that you might enjoy. It was released in 1998 and starred Drew Barrymore. I don't know if it was released in Spain, but hopefully you'll be able to find a copy.
