The #Siam on DALnet was founded by Rhin0 a long time ago.
It was a place where he could be and talk to his friends online.
In the start there was not so many that knew about this place.
But later on quite a few people come to #Siam on DALnet.
Some were his friends that came to chat with him.
Others where from EFnet and came to DALnet #Siam.
Others again were DALnet users that saw #Siam or heard about it from friends.
Today many people come to #Siam both Thai people and people from around the world.
The current founder is Astro2
#siam is a place for people who are interested in Thailand or chatting with Thai people
