(One block west of Richmond Rd. and two blocks north of the Staten Island Expressway.)
By car: From the Verrazano Bridge, exit "Clove Road" off the S.I. Expressway and travel north on Clove Road. Take the first right onto Howard Avenue. Wagner College will be on your right, about a mile.
Buses: 74 (get off at Richmond Rd. and Longview Rd.(ask bus driver); follow Longview Rd. To Wagner College); or take the 61, 62, or 66 from the ferry and transfer to the 60 at Clove Rd. The 60 has a stop at Wagner College (Howard Ave. and Campus Rd.)(Note: the 60 does not run after 9:18pm.)

(Between Beach St. and Wright St., one block west of Bay St.)
By bike or foot: Make a left onto Bay Street when you exit the ferry terminal area. Follow Bay Street,
about 11 short blocks, and turn right onto Prospect St. Take the first left onto Van Duzer Street. Martini Red is on your right. The Muddy Cup is one more block, also on your right. Twenty minute walk from ferry.
Buses: 52, 78 (get off at Van Duzer St. and Beach St.).

(On the corner of Jersey St., four blocks west of Victory Blvd.)
By bike or foot: Make a right onto Richmond Terrace when you exit the ferry terminal area. Follow Richmond Terrace along the water. Make a left onto Jersey Street. Winter Ave. is six blocks away, on the left. Winter Palace is in the first building on the left side of Winter Ave.
Buses: 52 or 42: (get off at Brighton Ave. and Jersey St; walk back one block). Twenty minute walk from ferry.
New Brighton section of Staten Island.
