This is my newest creation, the CDBot. It uses the Basic Stamp 2 as the brains and two servo motors as the drive
train. It has two infrared "eyes" that detect an object about 1 inch away, but it only works in the dark.
I am working on a pulsed IR detector which will detect object about a foot away in any light. I got the idea using
CDs from here.
