mIRC Commands
This is an almost complete list of mIRC commands. Note that some of these commands might not work with earlier versions of mIRC. I suggest you d/l the current version - mIRC 4.7

/action {msg}
Shows action -(ie. * TiAMaT typed /action)
/alias {name} {commands}
Adds and Removes Alias's from the Alias Section
/amsg {msg}
Sends a msg to all channels you are currently on
/auser [-a] {levels} {nick|address}
Adds nick and/or address to specified user level the -a will add levels if the user is already in the user list
/away
Marks you as NOT being away
/away {msg}
Marks you as being away
/ban [-uN] {channel} {nick} {type}
Bans(+b) someone from current channel, -uN bans someone for a certain amount of time where N is the amount of time
/beep {number} {delay}
Beeps a certain number of times
/channel
Opens the channel options window(same as double clicking in channel window)
/clear
Clears the current channel buffer
/close [-i|c|f|g|m|s] {nick}
Closes specified window switchs:
i - Inactive DCC windows
c - DCC Chat window
f - Fserve window
g - DCC Get window
m - Message window
s - DCC Send window
/closemsg {msg window}
Closes specified message window
/creq {ask|auto|ignore}
Sets DCC Chat to ask to accept, auto-accept all, or ignore all
/commands {on|off}
Turns commands on or off
/dcc send {nick} {file}
Send some a specified file
/dde [-r] {servername} {topic} {name} [data]
Sends info to another Application through dde
/ddeserver {on|off} {servername}
Turn mIRC's dde Server on or off
/dec {variable} {value}
Decreases the value of a variable
/disconnect
Immediate disconnect from server
/dlevel {level}
Changes default user level
/dns {nick|address}
Domain Name Server looks up attemps to resolve users IP
/echo [colornumber] {-s|channel|nick} {text}
Echos a line of text back to you and you only
/events {on|off}
Turns events on or off
/exit
Exits mIRC
/finger {nick|address}
Attempts to finger a user or address
/flood [on|off|clear] {bytes} {lines} {messages) {ignore}
Restricts the number of bytes you send to server
/flush {levels}
Clears user list of entries that are no longer needed
/flushini {filename}
Saves ini to hard to disk to help prevent data loss
/font
Opens font dialog for current window
/fsend {on|off}
Turns DCC Fast Send on or off
/fserve {nick} {max gets} {home dir} [welcome text]
Opens an Fserve to specified nick - welcome text optional
/goto {name}
Jump to different points in a script
/groups [-e|d]
Lists all groups, -e lists enabled groups, -d lists disabled groups
/guser [-a] {levels} {nick} {type}
Same as /auser only looks up users address
/halt
Stops all current processing, useful for stopping ctcp replys
/help
Opens mIRC help file
/ignore [-r|p|c|n|t|i|uN] {nick|address} {type}
When no switch's are specified it ignores them comepletely

/ignore {on|off}
Turns ignore on or off
/inc {variable} {value}
Increase the value of a variable
/invite {nick} {channel}
Invite a user to another channel
/join {channel}
Join specified channel
/kick {channel} {nick} [reason]
Kick a user out of a channel, you must be an op
/links
Lists are servers currently connected to network
/list [string] [-min #] [-max #]
List current channels
/load {-a|p|u|v|c|e|r} {filename}
Loads a file into specified section
a - Alias
p - Pop-ups
u - User List
v - Variables
c - Commands
e - Events
r - Raw
/log {on|off}
Turn logging on or off for current window
/me {msg}
Same as /action
/mode {channel} {+/-|s|p|t|n|m|i|l|k}
Change channel modes
s - Secret channel
p - Private channel
t - Only ops can change topic
n - No external messages
m - Moderated channel
i - Invite only
l - limited to a certain amount of users
k - Requires key to enter channel
/mode {channel} {+/-|o|b|v} {nick}
Change user modes in channel
o - Op and deop
b - Ban and unban
v - Voice and silence
/mode {yournick} {+/-|i|w|s}
Change your user mode on server
i - Invisible
w - Receive wallops
s - Receive server notices
/msg {nick} {msg}
Send a message to specified nick
/nick {newnick}
Change your nickname
/notify {nick} {note}
Adds a user to your notify list
/omsg {channel} {msg}
Sends a message to channel ops, you must have ops to do this
/onotice {channel} {msg}
Sends a notice to channel ops, you must have ops to do this
/part {channel}
Leave a channel
/partall [msg]
Leave all channels, with a msg(optional)
/play [-c|p|r|q#|m#|l#|t#] {channel|nick} {filename} {delay}
Plays a file to a channel or user, default delay is 1000ms
c - Reads lines as Commands instead of text
p - Priority play
r - Chooses a random line from file
q# - Maximum number of requests where # is the number
m# - Limits number or requests where # is the number of requests
l# - Reads a specified line number where # is the line number
t# - mIRC looks up topic where # is the topic
/pop {delay} {channel} {nick}
Delayed opping
/query {nick} {msg}
Open a query window with specified nick
/quit [msg]
Disconnect from server with optional quit message
/raw help
List of server commands
/raw {on|off}
Switchs raw section on or off
/remini {filename} {section} {item}
Deletes sections of ini files
/remote {on|off}
Turns commands, events, and raw on or off.
/remove {filename}
Deletes specified file
/rlevel [-r] {level}
Removes that level from all users in the user list.
/run {filename}
Launch an external program
/ruser {levels} {nick|address} {type}
Removes user from levels specified in the user list. If no levels are specified it removes them comepletely.
/save {-a|p|u|v|c|e|r} {filename}
Saves a section to a file
a - Alias

/say {msg}
Say something in a channel, used mostly for scripting
/server {server} [port] [password]
Connect to server, default port is 6667, password is only needed on servers that require them
/set [-q] {variable} {value}
Set a Variable, value can be a number or text
/sound {nick|channel} {wavfile} {msg}
Plays a wav to a nick of channel with a message
/speak {msg}
Sends text to text assistant(only if you have one link monologue installed)
/sreq {ask|auto|ignore}
Sets DCC Gets to ask you, auto-accept all, or ignore all
/timer[#] {times to repeat} {delay} {command}
Does a command a certain number of times with a delay
/timestamp {on|off}
Turn time-stamping of events on or off
/topic {channel} {newtopic}
Change channel topic
/ulist {level}
Lists all users in user list that match that level
/unset [-q] {variable}
Removes a variable from Variable's section
/unsetall
Removes all variables
/url [-d] {on|off|hide}
Opens URL window
/uwho {nick}
Opens user info window
/wavplay {wav file}
Plays specified wav file
/whois {nick}
Get info on user
/write [-c|i|d|l#|s#] {filename} {text}
Writes a line of text to specified file, if no switchs are specified it writes it to the end of the file
c - Clears file before writing to it
i - Insert at certain line without overwriting it
d - Deletes a line in file
l# - Writes to a specified line in file
s# - scans file for line beginning with text and does that command
/writeini {filename} {section} {item} {value}
Add a line to an ini file
