My name is Jason. I grew up in Glassboro New Jersey, where I went to Ambassador Christain Academy from 2nd to 8th grade. I then attended Glassboro High School. During my high school summers I participated in a program called PRIME Universities Program (PUP). PUP is a program for minorites interested in science and engineering. We attended Rutgers University, Drexel University, and Rowan University campuses where we took mechanical, chemical, electrical, and civil engineering classes and labs. We also had english, math, and computer classes. In high school I participated in many activites. I played soccer, basketball, and ran track. I was captain of the varsity soccer and track teams my senior year. I was a member of the National Honor Society, Organization for African American Awareness, and the Science Club. I was in the Early Childhood Development program which ran a day care in the morning for 2-5 year olds. I graduated in the top quartile of my class. I am also an INROADS intern. This summer I interned at Sun Oil Company's (Sunoco) headquarters in center city Philadelphia. There I was a part of the End User Support Team, and worked several projects including password migration, y2k, and ethernet migration. I am currently attending The College of New Jersey as a computer science major. Here I am in the Minority Mentoring Program, Black Student Union, and Computer Science Club.
