Notes on code conversion / porting.

Recently the author had the opportunity to be involved in some COBOL/2 code conversion work.  Here were my rough notes as I wrote them.
 

ToDo (or suggested ideas)
Copybook, where possible, ALL common code.  ie. SELECTs, FDs, Working Storage, Common I-O Operations, ANY system call routines.

Check code for reserved words that have been used as variable names (ie. LINE-COUNT, TALLYING).  This is due to later implementations of NetXpress/Acucobol.

Ensure ALL code to be converted is
