TRUST FALL

Your dissolving my defenses
and I couldn't help but fall.
Even though you caught me
I'm still drowning in it all.

I see through eyes unseen
no boundaries, no rules, no games.
Bonded without ties and
free to share love or pain.

You speak to me without words;
Your mind knows my heart.
We share something indescribable
no matter how far we are apart.

Hold me in your mind.
Shade a corner in your heart.
Collect your thoughts, your dreams -
we've only begun to start.

The road is yet unseen,
don't wonder where it leads.
Trust in me and
let your mind run free.

Let love run its course
for it knows no time.
Feeling is not thinking.
Your heart is free and so is mine.
