A Java Examplet is a small sample of source code to illustrate a feature of Java. The idea is to give you as simple an example as possible--just enough to get you started, without bogging you down. After all, you know how to read the manuals. You know how to write test code to figure out how a feature works. What you don't know is where the heck to start. You have to win the war--I'll try to give you a beachhead so you have a fighting chance.
