The Power Green Performance battery is an NiMh battery (Nickel Metal Hydride). You may ask what is an NiMh battery and why do I need an NiMh battery for my Sizzlers?
Let’s get to know a little bit about batteries first.
Let’s take a look at the original or current replacement battery in your Sizzlers car. Do you see NiCd 110, 150 or 180mAh on it? NiCd means Nickel Cadmium. 110/150/180mAh means milliampere-hour. Now let’s take a look at the Power Green battery. You will see NiMh and 280 mAh.
What is the difference?
Batteries are rated in milliampere-hours (mAh). This is a measure of how much electrical current a battery can put out and for how long. The best available NiCd battery has roughly 50% of the capacity of an NiMH battery. Many cars are now using the Sanyo 110mAh as a replacement battery. Power Green NiMh 280mAh batteries will fuel your Sizzlers and can make them run a minimum of 3-4 times longer than the Sanyo, depending on charging times. Power Green is Environmentally Friendly:
Did you see the recycle symbol on NiCd battery? NiCd is made with certain restricted chemicals that are required to be recycled. Our Power Green NiMh is a totally environmentally friendly battery. There is no damage to the environment when the battery is disposed of.
