This website is dedicated to two of the best racers in NASCAR Winston Cup, Dale Earnhardt and Dale Jarrett. These two racers were great friends during the week and fierce competitors on Sundays. They raced nose to tail so many races that the announcers started calling it "The Dale and Dale Show."

My (now) husband couldn't understand what was so great about "a bunch of guys driving in circles." So, of course, I had to try to change his mind. He knew my guy was Dale Earnhardt and he had to pick a guy, too. He picked Dale Jarrett because he thought he looked like a (stereotypical) racecar driver.

When Earnhardt died tragically on the last lap of the Daytona 500 in 2001, I was ready to turn off NASCAR forever. My husband was then the one who had to get me back into watching racing again. I now watch Dale Jr. and DEI but I've been really impressed by Dale Jarrett now that I'm able to notice his talent rather than cussing him out because he 'stole' another win from MY GUY!!
