Hrothgar and the Danes are in trouble. A terrible man-eating monster has been
terrorizing the mead hall for twelve years. None of the king’s men can seem to
defeat this monster Grendel, so Hrothgar has decided to expand his employment
search for the best candidate for the job of defeating Grendel.
