Human Resources Application

This application consists of several modules such as:
  • New Personal Requisition
  • Personal Application
  • Personal Leave Request
  • Overtime Requisition.
  • Training Requisition.

    Interfacing between Notes and ERP backend database.

    This application provides a user friendly-Graphical User Interface application in order to access backend database which runs on IBM AS/400 server (DB2/400). It has realtime access to the DB/400 Database (using DB2-Connect and LSX LC). For reporting system it uses Seagate Crystal Report, which also integrated with Lotus Notes (by using Crystal Report Print Engine API).

     

     

    Document Distribution System

    This application is used for handling the SOP, Working Instruction and Guidelines documents. This application using Acrobat Control for ActiveX to handle the PDF document, since the PDF files are located in external File server, Notes only keep the link information where the document are located.

     

     

    Picture Archive Database

    This application is used for picture repository database of company facility. Since Notes doesn’t support image thumbnail creation this application is intended to running under web browser.

     

     

    Visitor List

    The information about Company's guests are stored in this database. Employees will know if there is a visitor in their company. The person who is responsible for this guest can be informed.

     

     

    ORG (Organization Database)

    This application provides routing information for Notes workflow application (HRAPP & ITREQUEST). The route path is based on Organization structure chart. All next route destination is automatically determined by this application.

     

     

    IT REQUEST

    This application is intended as an alternative/ replacement of the phone call/ call center for helpdesk support request. Within this application user can create request to IT Department for support services. Each request must be routed and approved through their superior. Based on the history request, it can be used as Knowledgebase/ FAQ database.
