Who am I?

This bear may not be Elvis but he fast becoming the 90's version of him.  This hip swinging Latino bear wears the Puerto Rican flag on his back and reads LOCO FOR YOU on the front.  The bear is white with red and blue print. Young and old, alike, will go Loco for this bear!!
