Evil Ernie
This was a pretty ambitious project. Evil Ernie was made from a Skeleton Warriors Baron Dark. Really. I had to remove all the details, then carve out the rib cage to be hollow. I broke two Xacto blades carving it. The hands, boots, upper chest, and face were all made with Sculpey, as was the Smiley button. After I got it painted the way I wanted, I added ripped jeans made from real gingham cloth. The jacket is the leather jacket from a Mego 8" Fonzie figure. The hair is doll hair that I hand-sewed onto a dark cloth, then glued the cloth onto his head. It essentially made a wig for him. And the claws are just cut from opaque plastic.
