We Shall Be The Quiet

I was outside one day and I was looking at this tree, and it was kind of a windy day, so it's leaves were rustling around and I got to thinking about quiet and how it seems like nothing every is. Silence is never quiet, if you think about it, because it is always penetrated by your thoughts.
his poem is about searching for the quiet within yourself and realizing that sometimes quiet is the loudest thing on earth.
