1959 3TP-315 earphone-only radio

This 3-transistor Toshiba didn't have a speaker in it -- it was an "earphone-only" radio, saving the need for a pair of audio amplifier transistors, and presumably reducing the radio's sale price in the process... I believe this was Toshiba's only "earphone-only" transistor radio, and I imagine it must have been welcomed with opened arms by parents of teenagers everywhere...
