I have been working on a full-time basis in the entertainment industry since early in 1995. This work has lead to extensive experience with a number of different skills and settings. I am currently the head Scenic Painter and Set Decorator at the Metro Theatre in Vancouver, BC. As an IATSE 891 Set Dec permittee, I have acted as an assistant set dresser. In the events industry, I have worked as a scenic painter, set dresser, scenic carpenter, properties buyer, and install/strike crew member. Finally, I have designed seven full sets for local theatres; two of these were traditional children's pantomimes and involved multiple scenes, drops, and scenic pieces.
