MATRIMONIAL LLICLLA (Woman´s Mantle) late 19th- early 20th century. From the highland sector of Pitumarca District, Cusco. Alpaca warp, Sheep´s wool weft. Bands of Complementary War weave alternating with areas of Plain warp Weave. Design is composed almost totally of local variant of "Chuncho" or "Inka" Pallay with occasional flower "Tika" Pallay and marriage couple. Accessory Pallay depicts "Kenko Mayu" (Winding River) design. Dimensions: 75 cm. x 55 cm.
