APPRECIATION

Of Dandelions

By

Carole Ann Heaster

Dandelions raise their golden heads, ne'er mindful they're in danger

From those whose hearts are cultivated, choosing solely to remain with what's been sowed.

Smiles of gold, spread like seedly devastation, belie such pure intentions

I am told.

And truly, do injustice to this sunshine I behold.
