How sad it is to be
SO very far away from you
Too far for me to see
The Joy, the Laughter and the Tears
That I am not there to share
How I wish you only knew
How very much I care.
Do you say your Prayers at Night?
Do you remember me?
Do you know I love you so
And wish that you were here.
Do you Know.
That every Star that twinkles..
I put there just for you?
Well maby not, but Darling.
I wish that it was true
I know your growing older
Just do not leave me behind
You are always in my heart, you know
And always on my Mind
And wherever fate shall lead You
