How I Love Thee Kat

Sometimes I sit and wonder what it is

What in this life is truly important....

For one I can say it is Friends like you

Friends that are there no matter what

No Judgment only love

Holding each others hand through the rough

Drying each others tears on those god awful days

Laughing together as we ponder this thing called life

No matter what we love each other

I love you as if you were my flesh and blood

God did not grant me the wish to have a sister

But he sent me you instead

For this I am blessed....

For if he did send me a sister she would have been like you

I do not need the bond of blood

We have the bond of trust and love

A bond that can never be broken

I thank you my sweet Kat for the days gone by

I welcome the days ahead

For I wanted a sister but in honesty

I like having you instead....

I love you .....
