Homelessness

Doesn't it piss you off how we give this Andy Thomas guy a home in space which costs billions, yet we can't give the man begging for money on the street somewhere to live. Everytime most people walk past a disadvantaged person (I hate the word tramp)
people just look away. Like to pretend that they're not part of their city. Although we are told not to give money to beggers and I don't give money. I do care but I figure if they want help they can go to charities. My family make our yearly donations to Salvos, etc and that's the best way to do it. I'll tell you what makes me sick. My cousin Rowan works for Steven Outtrim, the guy who owns Sausage Software. His job is doing Steven's odd jobs. Like driving people here and there, picking up stuff, etc. This guy pays him really well and he's on call to him, but he doesn't do alot for him. Steven's got money to burn. He's got so much money he doesn't know what to do with it. I'll tell you what I would do with it. Gives heaps away to charities. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve the $1.5 million Ferrari he's driving, or the $150 million he's worth. He worked for it, he's earned it. But he pays people to do little things for him. Why not employ one person and give the difference to the needy for gods' sake!!
Another thing that peeved me off when I read it yesterday. Posh Spice was quoted as saying "I think I'm quite a generous person. I bought my brother and sister a car each". Oh gee, big woop Vicky, you've got $40 million in the bank. The amount of money she spends on her designers makes me sick. Hah! I could show you a thing or two about being generous.
