PC Sam Harker
Ahh. Sam is such a cute charecter.
I like him 'cos he's got this wicked Liverpudlian
accent. He looks cute when he smiles. Not just a smirk, a really big grin. It just makes me want to wrap him up in a blanket and take him home!
Also, he's really laid back and easy going. He's always there for his mates and doesn't take sides.

I think he's the most unbiased one of the lot. Esp. in the Fox/ Santini episodes. For those who don't know, PC Eddie Santini was harassing new WPC Rosie Fox. He did pretty much everything except raping her. She was really choked up by it and didn't feel as though she could tell anyone. They were all one Eddie's side. Well, Sam was sort of in the middle. He never said which side he was on. Never once said
"I'm with Eddie" and I liked that!
