Membership in the European Chapter is open to all members of the Gothic Culture who agree on the Charter and are willing to spend some of their time for the League. It is naturally also open to all GLUME-Members. Please note that this is the European Chapter of GLUME, so if you're living outside Europe, you'd be more at home at the world-headquarter.
