Artists Without Limits's SHINE AGENDA was designed to cultivate and nurture the creative minds of urban (inner city) youth by developing their concepts, skills and philosophical aptitudes. AWOL intends to make accessible to youth the wealth of art and artists who have mastered the particular genre in which they excel. AWOL is at the forefront of the Black urban contemporary rannaissance. We take pride in setting the standard as being the first company to hand down the heritage of Black America in the form of Fine Art disciplines.
