AUSTRALIA, revisited
The Great Ocean Road
January 27 - February 4, 2004
A big, gaping tree.

The start of a helicopter ride over the 12 Apostles. Of which, there are 14.

Said Apostles.

Ground's eye view.

The obligatory group picture.

The Bay of Martyrs. Horrid history, peaceful present.

The obligatory Koala picture.

Amazing coastline, seen from the jet-boat ride to a seal colony.

Some bay. It was pretty.

Another bay. More pretty.

The obligatory Giant Lobster picture.

Lyndsay & Preeti, proudly conquering the dunes near Coorong National Park.

Me, attempting to ski bare-footed down the dunes.

It always amazes me how one guy, working on a vehicle in any way, no matter how minor the work, draws all nearby males like a magnet.

Whoops. Yes, "Let the others rush." We'll just break down.

The ladies (Lyndsay, Kayoko, Yip, Preeti), head to Glenelg Beach on the vintage tram, to wind down after a week in a cramped mini-bus.
