Yoga

Yoga has been practiced and developed forYoga thousands of years.

Literally translated it means "yoke".

This refers to using the will and the great power of concentration to bring the mind and body together under the yoke of the practitioner.

The goal of yoga is self knowledge, self developmentt and self control.

Ultimately its purpose is total mind body unity creating an experience in life of profound peace, a healthy body, a clear mind, a strong will, and a deep heart of love and compassion.
