I like this sampler, this is for me a sort of "SH101" sampler, small keyboard, nice possibilities, cool filters and I can control them really simply by midi. Very versatile and solid you can have some fun with the scratching wheel ! Mine is a 4 meg and I regret to save my work on floppies all the time, very slow... but if you can got one for a nice price... go ! |

I had a groovebox 303 in the past and i sold it because i found it too weak sounding and very limited for live use. The RM1x is a really good LIVE machine, the possibilities are huge and powerful sounding. I like the GM compatibility too that afford some classic instrument you (sometimes) need. Very nice MIDI implementation and robust sequencer, never crash. |
