[24.4.04]Governments of all main council countries agree on limited, though stable traffic of Raw Soap. Atlantic freedom agreement of Raw Soap trafficing will be safe and allow chatters and clutters to maintain their previous rights with safe clubs and routes. Asian connection to the European ports will be in discussion for few months, the main issue is disagreement on quantity levels.

[19.3.04]US agree on North Atlandic stopover in exchange for further NATO cooperation. Iceland will take over Kabul Airport and duties to the other countries will be itroduced later this year.

[13.3.04]Thailand threat to Hannover deal seems to poison the negotiation team in Ryadh. Thai Raw Soap affiliates left discussion on second stage in opposotion to the German Chattergroup. Hamburg Swifters support Thai obligations.

[30.2.04]The Bush Government opposes the paragraf of including the North Atlantic in the agreement of swift traffic of Raw Soap. Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands have invested rapidly in Raw Soap during the last decade and threat the NATO cooperation with inactive neutralism.
