THINGS GOING ON WITH SHV (some definite... some probable)

  • March 15. Wasup hoffs... yeah it's been awhile. Well first of all next show coming up is in Iowa once again with the ska band, Johnny Socko. Should be interesting.
    Also, check out the interview with SHV at http://lethaloutlawz.simplenet.com then go to the artist interview section... In addition to the upcoming "Armour of God" single, and then the full length album.... theres also some side projects that will see light in the future as well. First of all, we got LorD 360's solo project. Next is, The Omniforce Crushers EP, consisting of Chapter and Drub burning up those eardrums. Stay with it...

  • January 20. All the major updates are INFO UPDATES. First the BIG news is that on February 11 SHV will be playing with the Roots at Northwestern, Il. So trek on up to Evanston and check it out. Second, we've got some outside forces with a little help from Chapter working on SHV Documentary. It'll be awhile though so we'll keep you posted (tentatively around July 2000).

  • January 7. Wasup y'all.. didn't I tell we'd keep hitting you noks up with the dreyd type shit??? Now we got the Sweat Shop fully online accepting credit card orders with two hot items to rock your box!!!

  • January 4. Alright y'all... first of all Underground Hip Hop is selling our PDF EP now, and Hiphop Infinity will very soon packed with a bonus freestyle exclusive on it. IN MUSIC NEWS, expect that Rubberoom collabo I've been talking about earlier to come to fruition very soon. Recording is soon to commence and we'll keep you posted on how things turn out. In addition, the time for the recording of our single is getting real close as well. So just keep "Armour of God" in your head cuz it's coming.

  • January 3. Happy New Year you fleece bags... only one year left till the next millenium. Now, for the last year of our millenium we're starting it out with a message forum added titled.. "The Mess Board." So spill your guts that's what it's there for...... There's only one year left!!!

  • December 24. Not much of an update... just to the links section.... but chill you hoffs will get more once I get around to putting them on... and expect some exclusive and not so exclusive freestyles for the audio section within the next week...stay tuned.

  • December 15. Never fear kiddies, there's of course alot more coming then what's been shown (for the web page as well as the group) Very soon you will be able to purchase SHV merchandise from THIS site. But for now all those people who can't wait go check out the additional locations at "The Sweat Shop" located to the left. Don't worry there's still....more to come.

  • December 7. PAGE UPDATES: We're bringing Christmas early to everyone with all these recent updates AND there's still more so stay tuned. First of all 3 pictures added to the Picture section like I said I would. In addition we got more pics in the bio sections for each slaughterhead. AND we finally got some real audio to wet the audio appetite so check it out. Don't worry there will be some exclusives soon.

  • December 6. PAGE UPDATES: 4 pictures added to the Picture section. Expect more within the next couple days added.

  • November 30. PAGE UPDATES: new links added to Link section and adjustments to show schedules... that's all.

  • November 29. If you all where checking the radio airwaves SHV was on WNUR 89.3 Thursday on "Time Travel." However, couldn't make it to the one on Friday at WHPK, but did rock it a bit on Saturday on WNUR during the "Airplay" show... did 3 songs off the EP, a new unreleased by Babl of Abstract Chapter and freestyled for awhile afterwards.

  • November 16. Okay, alot of people have been asking when we're gonna have some new shit out. Well for now, all I can say is expect a 12" in the next couple of months, and another featuring some very ill producer coming a couple months after...hmm... won't name the guy quite yet though but just be assured he's one of the best (in my opinion at least.)
    We also have the song titles but we'll wait to hit you with those as well... so stay tuned.

  • November 3. YES we are finally up and running (obviously or you wouldn't be reading this part) You see the wait was so it could be opened today 11-3 or 1+1+3=5 for Slaughter House V (5)... you see?? it's mathematics kid... just joking I just finally finished this place and it happened to be today that it's all done so please enjoy.

  • SHV has talked with producer Celph Titled (whose done work with Braille, the Walkmen) about doing a remix EP of Pentagon Destructo Factor. Production should be under way in November, and Celph will be adding his own verse to one of the songs.

  • SHV and Rubberoom will be recording an as of yet untitled song in November for Rebirth Magazine’s “The Delivery” compilation album.

  • SHV’s single “Def Con 847” is available for free in MP3 format at www.rebirthmag.com under the Rebirth Digital Section.

  • “Def Con 847” also appears on Savage Studio’s “Brand X” Compilation album, which can be purchased at www.savage-studios.com

    -SHV is also discussing the possibility of collaborating on tracks with Braille from Portland,Mars-Ill from Atlanta,Liquid Dimensions from Switzerland, and IFO from Chicago.
