Adventure In The Woods

As the little girl walked through the forest, she became very
frightened. The trees, with their long gnarly roots, seemed as if they
were living, human-like organisms. Eyes could be seen from the
penetrating darkness all around. Fog and mist made it impossible to see
very far ahead. Then, she heard a noise far off, or so she thought. It
seemed to irregular to be a horse and rider. And yet, she had never
heard such a noise before. Overcome with fear, she hid in the shadows
next to a more friendly looking tree. All of a sudden, this figure
burst out onto the path she had been walking on just a few moments ago.
Strange and unusual it looked, and she was afraid to breathe.

As she looked up there he stood, a purple dinosaur with a fluorescent
green stomach. He had been hunting her for days and now she knew that
he was going to have his way with. As he walked by she held her
breathe, for she knew that if she made even the smallest sound he would
hear her. Just she thought she was safe, her stomach growled. The
dinosaur immediately burst into song and ran up and hugged her. She was
helpless, and in the mercy of a lunatic. There was no telling what
he would do next.

Amazingly, the dinosaur began to stop singing and hugging. He moved his
hands around strangely, murmuring odd, Celtic-like words. Then,
suddenly, a bright light appeared and he disappeared. The little girl
was overcome with joy. She skipped lightly back onto the path and
headed for the end of the forest. However, a song began to call her. She
was drawn to the beauty of it and found herself sooner or later looking
at a tree. Before she could tell what had happened, she was
upside-down, in the tree, facing a gnarly old man. He warned her not to
call for help.

She hung dumbfounded from the tree wondering if this man was friend or
foe. Just then she saw him pull out a jar marked, "Children guts", from
which he pulled a white mess and eat. This told the little girl that he
was no friend of hers. All of the sudden there was a bright light. In
which the creature that had first persuded her into this wrecked forest
appeared.

However, the man had another jar labeled "fluorescent dinosaur parts,"
which he obviously enjoyed as his desert. He therefore was very glad to
see the creature. He pulled out an old ash staff and pointed it at the
creature. It then fell over dead (supposedly of a heart attack). The
old man gleefully scooped up the dinosaur into his wheelbarrow and
wheeled off gleefully. The girl, thankful of just barely escaping an
encounter with two lunatics, sighed for relief. She escaped the tree
and skipped out of the forest.

As she skipped along for miles she had the sudden realization that she
had no idea of where she was going? So being a brainless blond she
continued to skip for days. She began to get hungry because she had
not been near civilization for day when all of the sudden she say a
settlement. She hurried to it in the attempt to find food. But to her
dismay she came upon the welcome sign which said, "Welcome to the
Fluorescent Dinosaur Colony." But it was too late they had trapped her.

They put her in their "happy dungeon" so they could drive her insane
later. However, the next day, at sunrise, a mysterious storm blew over
their city. It was a tornado!!! All of the buildings collapsed and
fell on top of all of the dinosaurs. All of them died. The fluorescent
dinosaur race was now extinct! But the little girl, who was
underground, remained safe. The dinosaurs, being more stupid than the
little girl, had not locked her up. There were two guards for her.
However, when the storm came, the guards were called to save their
friends. The little girl was therefore able to get out after the storm
dissipated. She walked around carefully, found a lot of food and a cute
little donkey, and left on the donkey. Following the river, she
eventually came to the land of the horse breeders, who thought her very
cute and cared for her for a time.

After having spent two months at the horse breeders farm. Our heroine
decides to set out on her journey again. She had had a very informative
stay there, she learned how to get horses to make new horses and that if
you drop a lighted match in a wood hut it burns down, this was the
reason for her departure. As she walked she came upon a little glass
tube in the rode. It was marked "Genetic Material". Being that she was
a Genetic Engineer is immediately added the material into a protein bath
and soon a organism began to form. Several days the later the organism
was complete and she released it from the isolation chamber. To her
dismay she found that it was a floresent green stomached dinosaur.
Being that it was hermaphroditic it quickly breed into a million more
fluorescent green dinosaurs right before her eyes. She was captured by
her own creation of insane dinosaur who loved to sing about how they
loved everyone. What was she to do?

Luckily, her lab was equipped with a nuclear device for emergencies.
Panic struck, she set the destruction countdown and ran out the door.
Locking it behind her, she ran away from the lab as quickly as possible
and tried to get away. She came upon an iron mine. She went down and
hid under the miles of rock. After she heard the explosion, she waited
for a while. Then, she went back up to the surface. she was amazed at
the lack of damage. She figured that the bomb had imploded. Since she
was very afraid of meeting dinosaurs, she made sure that all of the
'hermaphroditic' dinosaurs were dead. Then, she decided to devote the
rest of her journey to curing the world of fluorescent dinosaurs.
Everywhere she went, she looked for them. However, she never found any
because all of the natural dinosaurs had lived in the colony where the
tornado had killed them all. She also vowed to give up genetics and
became a Buddhist priestess so that she could better the world.
