The bird animation featured at the head of this page
was made from a simple 3D bird model which was created with the
RiscOS application !Euclid. Movement was applied using the !Mogul animation add-on.
The resulting Ace format films were then converted into sprites using another
add-on application, !Splice, whose main function is editing Ace films.
Finally animated GIFs were made using Peter Hartley's InterGif.
The latter is a very useful application for making still, animated and transparent
GIFs which may be downloaded by clicking on this icon. |
