I just want to take a minute and tell you what a difference you have made in my life. You're my best friend and you've been there for me through some difficult times. You are kindest, most patient person I know...and you have a big .
I'll never forget the night we spent watching Pulp Fiction, and then our first kiss, and the I Love You's. I knew that you were special, and I believed that you would change my life....and that you have!
To have found someone so perfect, so right for me...you are truly a miracle.
We've come so far in 6 months, from writing e-mails to the deepest possible relationship. I am looking forward to the many months ahead, the good times, the bad, watching our relationship unfold, bit by bit, day by day....

The Erin & Pavel Fact List Pavel is from the Czech Republic; I am from the United States. Pavel and I met through the Hotmail Classifieds. Pavel moved to Warren (just 4 miles away from me) shortly after we started e-mailing each other. Pavel answered my ad first. Then, unknowingly, I answered his ad. Pavel & I officially began dating on November 22, 1998. I bought my laptop on Pavel's 25th birthday. Pavel's Christmas gift to me was the Images & Words Webring logo. Pavel paints, draws, and creates web pages. I am a poet and photographer, and also I create web pages. Pavel recently wrote a poem called Surging City and has been learning how to do b&w photography. I am learning how to rollerblade, using Pavel's strong arms for guidance. :) Pavel & I were just friends for about a month. Every Sunday for 4 weeks, I went over Pavel's house for guitar lessons. Pavel is in a rock 'n' roll band called Chaotic Orbit. The Images & Words Webring logo image was first created at 2 a.m. one November evening at Pavel's house....and grew from there. It was just an "idea." Pavel & I first said "I Love You" on December 28, 1998, just three days after becoming a couple. I have written many poems inspired by Pavel: Moonglow, /zapped/, From Your Heart to Mine, and others. From Your Heart to Mine tells the whole story. Pavel is my favorite model.:) June 25, 1999, is Pavel and my 6 month anniversary. Pavel lives in the same part of Warren that I grew up in. We are both die-hard Black Sabbath fans. Pavel's Valentine's Day gift to me was the Black Sabbath Reunion (we went together, of course). Pavel sent me a special e-mail in December asking me if I would go with him. I said "yes." Pavel wrote a song for me called "Ericon_22". When I was sick with the flu over New Year's, Pavel brought vitamins to keep me healthy. I own a mousepad that has Pavel's picture on it. Pavel has many (non-disclosed number) pictures of me in his room. Pavel has made an Austin Power's Theme. We have seen both Austin Powers movies. Yea, baby! Shagadelic! Pavel creates Quake levels, and has been putting together a Quake level that has me in it. I am also working on my own "gothic" Quake level. Pavel used to sign his e-mails "~Paul", then they became "Love, Paul." Pavel loves the night sky. We are both Trekkies. Every Wednesday we watch Star Trek together. :) Pavel put my poem The Residence to music. The first time I heard Pavel's band was on a tape he played on the way to the movie on our first date. On it, Pavel was singing "Angry Chair" by Alice in Chains. I couldn't believe it was him. The first time I heard Pavel's band live was at one of their practices on a snowy January Sunday. I love Pavel more than anything in this world, and thank my lucky stars that he is in my life. :) Pavel asked me to marry him on November 22, 2000, the 2-year anniversary of our first date. He wrote a story about us and posted it online. He had me read it and then turn around at the end. When I turned around, he was kneeling in front of me, holding a big heart with a question mark on it and asked ....of course, after being totally speechless for a few minutes and crying for two, I said yes. :) (Scroll to the bottom to see a picture of my ring).

01/29/00: On Christmas Day, Pavel & I celebrated our 1-yr. anniversary. Just before Christmas, we went to a dinner dance given by Pavel's work. We thought it would be alot of fun to dress up....and take pictures of course. :)

On January 29th, we went to Macomb Community College to take pictures. While I was shooting, Pavel made a heart in the snow.
