Surveys
I like to fill out surveys. Don't ask me why. One day I stumbled across Greenfield Online, where you can fill out surveys and go into the draw for cash prizes. I won $10 and I was hooked. Again, most companies only take US and Canadian participants, but the globally-minded survey sites below are open to anyone. Go wild - I did.

Anyone can take the everyday Quick Polls but you need to be a member for the longer surveys. Prizes are cash and there are usually several surveys a week. Highly recommended.
International Advisory Panel
Answer the surveys every month or so on various issues of importance and go on the draw for cash prizes and T-shirts.
American Consumer Opinion
Despite the name they have a worldwide network of participants, and send out surveys more often than most - every month or two. Take the fun (free) or paying ($3 - $10 each) surveys.
International Survey Room
Questionnaires for participants around the world, any country from Australia to the United States to Malaysia. Prizes are large, ranging from $50 to $1000, and are supplied as cheques in US dollars. New surveys every few months.

GlobalTestMarket.com
Receive Marketpoints for each survey you fill out. Eventually the points can be redeemed for cash. Average of one survey per month.
Onesight
Onesight accepts international participants, but admits that surveys for non-US residents will be limited. An unusual feature is the referral program, allowing you to earn extra money for each person you introduce to the program.

Socratic Forum

All questionnaires are supposed to be rewarded, but that's if you ever do any. Despite signing up twice, I've never heard from this company. Take your chances.
Consumer Views
Get $5 or coupons for participating in surveys on products and services you use every day. They allow international people to take part, but don't appear to have a lot of surveys for them
Cyber Dialogue
It's called the American Internet User Survey, but they accept Australians and send out a reasonable amount of surveys.
OnlineSurveys.com
Seemingly open to everyone, OnlineSurveys offer cash and prizes in return for providing personal information in response to survey questions.
