We stayed the weekend at Fran's home for Halloween and visited my sister Lori while we were there. On the way back we stopped in Chesapeake, and Jerry got to meet my sister Vicky and her family. | |
The next month we prepared for Thanksgiving and had a big family dinner at my sister Vicky's with her family, my parents, my sister Lori, another sister Debbie that lives in Ky and her family. | |
It was really great for Jerry to meet most of the family then, and my children all joined us there for the feast as well. Jerry had been working the graveyard shift at WalMarts doing receiving and had been awake the whole night before our trip then. | |
By the time we left he crashed before we made it to the next state from exhaustion, but we both had a really good time, and were glad to share it with so much family that day too. | |
