The two years before this both Jerry and I had been basically alone, so we wanted to make the most out of the holidays for our first one together, and we began preparing for Christmas next. | |
We got a small tree that we could plant in our yard to mark our 1st Christmas together, but the ornaments we bought we too much for that small tree, so we left them off to use next year. | |
Since we spent Thanksgiving with my family, we decided to go down to Florida and spend Christmas with Jerry's family. This would give them a chance to meet me since we'd only spoken on the phone so far. | |
About a week before we were due to leave for Florida I started gaining a much bigger appetite, and had other systems that caused me to pick up a home preganacy test. The test was positive and Jerry, myself and my other children were all extactic about the new arrival. | |
