37zone
Thankyou to these people
Without your help, the site would be nowhere near as dodgy!
Ben 'The French-teacher slayer' Young -
- who took our impassioned phone call on June 30; his
tireless efforts at using Yahoo saved Le Maison de l'homage.
He was also the 37th visitor to 37zone.
Webpage under development
Strike -
Her real name, apparently. Thanks to her neat link and sudden
conversion to 37ism, more than one person has visited 37zone.
Incidentally, she has a site at:
www.oocities.org/SoHo/9294/Main.htm
Use this link to visit her! Then use her link to visit us! Then
use this link again! Hours of fun!
Justim 'Poolshark' Bennett -
- who provided Internet access to one half of the 37team (if at times
a little grudgingly) and helped get the site up on time.
No site. What a bludger.
Paul 'Well, the Pulp Fiction thing was funnier'
Dayton -
- for paying out the site and helping us get off our arses and improve
it. And for eagerly visiting and revisiting 37zone on July 1 until
we finally uploaded it.
No site either. He says he couldn't be bothered.
Daniel 'Piece of crap' Mueller -
- who convinced us to finally put 37zone into a few search-engines,
after discovering a number of sites sporting maps of Nicaragua, but
not 37zone, when doing a search.
Guess what? He doesn't even have PLANS to make a site. If only
we had thought of that ...
The ever-elusive P.I. Hackle -
- who is a continual source of inspiration for 37zone. His ideas
and works of fiction constantly provide us with ideas for Le Maison
de l'homage, not to mention Nuts.
If he has a site, we haven't found it yet.
Richard 'Wolverine' Moore -
- for pointing out that some of the stuff in the site was funny,
and for drawing attention away from us in that 'Five Dwarves in
the Bed' affair.
He doesn't even have a computer. How's he supposed to have a
site?
Little White Foot -
- or, as she's also known, Ashrin. Ah, Pfitzi. No, wait ... well, who
ever she is, she draws some awesome pictures and was nice to us. God
help us, nobody else is.
Visit her page! Now! Nownownownownow! Now! Or read the rest of the links
and THEN visit. Then! Thenthenthenthenthenthen!
All the other people who helped -
You know who you are! And if you don't, then just send us a picture,
and we'll tell you. Amnesia can be a terrible thing - but it doesn't
have to be.
Sites that we think are linkworthy
Not that that's a particularly good endorsement
The Globe -
www.theglobe.com
Neat chat site; unless someone starts yelling out '37! Come visit
my site!'. That sort-of spoils the experience. We're told.
The 37team favour 'Red Square' - but if you do visit, be sure
to include '37' into conversation every so often. That way you
can start up conversations with other 37zone visitors! In theory,
anyway.
Twisted Tunes -
www.twistedtunes.com
This is a brilliant site, containing many, many pisstakes of popular
songs, as recorded by some DJ in Seattle. You can download everything
in RealAudio at various qualities, including the vastly high quality
Dual ISDN versions of such classics as "Media Killed the Royalty Star"
and "I Can't Ski Babe". And if you have money to throw around, which
you haven't already thrown around 37mart, you can buy complete volumes
of music on CD.
Killerfonts -
www.killerfonts.com
You can download heaps of fonts that are guaranteed to be based
on the handwriting of serial killers. They're not really practical,
or easily recognisable, but it's a good way of driving people nuts.
"Really, this letter, I, like, printed it all out, in, like, the
handwriting of Charles Manson, you know?"
Greenbeast's Anarchy Page -
www.greenbeast.com
Notable if only for its section on how to disrupt a school, this
site is pretty much self-explanatory.
The SWAT Kats Fanfic site -
www.oocities.org/SoHo/8850/fanfic.htm
If you like SWAT Kats, you HAVE to visit this site (I think it's
compulsory in Australia and England, and all of America except for
Canada and Hawaii). If you don't know about SWAT Kats .. uh ...
visit it anyway!
Naff looking picture -
http://www.tw-zone.com/cosmo/photoshop/pix/Oswald.jpg
Take the opportunity to download (or at least look at ...) this picture RIGHT NOW! We
won't be doing anything interesting, so you might as well have a look. Go on - look at it!
It's cool! Good! Fab! Gear!
Our old site -
www.oocities.org/Hollywood/Hills/1492
- fortunately, not maintained by us anymore. See how a little imagination can take a good
idea and make it great.
Bede 'Exhibit A' Ronzani's site -
www.ozemail.com.au/~ronzani
He has a site. But he doesn't qualify for the 'thankyou' section because,
well, we don't owe him anything. But we know him. And his site. Even if
you don't know him, you might still like to see it. Or not.
