This guy is one of the 'greats' of science fiction, he came from the period known as the 'golden years' of science fiction otherwise known as the 1950's. After his death the original manuscipts for 'Podkayne Of Mars' and 'Stranger In A Strange Land' were discovered and with the approval of Heinlein's wife, and under the supervision of author Kurt Vonnegut these two classic sf novels were restored to the writer's definitive version.
