Marching Band

Welcome to my all marching band page. This page will be entirely dedicated to my marching band, Lafayette Lancer Regiment, in St.Louis Missouri. I will include the entire marching schedule and any awards we receive in marching band and winterguard. This years show is based on the movie, For the Boys. This year we are playing 5 songs and a tag. The songs are :Girlfriend of the Whirling Dervish, I Remember You, Vickie and Mr. Valves, Billy A. Dick, and In My Life. Our featured soloists are Bryan Davidson, Paul Trupka, Kevin Thompson, and Mike Bolton. There are 25 girls marching guard including 6 rifles, and 8 sabres. Our drum major this year is senior Jeremy Roe. Our instructors are Mr. Phil Milligan, Mr. Mark McHale, And Mrs. Dawna Barnhart(guard). Stay tuned for more info on this fall season.The song you are hearing right now is one of our songs from last years marching show. It is Bridge Over Troubled Waters by Paul Simon.

At Riverview Gardens..........................................Best Auxiliary, Best Percussion,
Best Drum Major, Best Music, Best Marching, Best Soloist, 1st place in Blue Division, Grand Champion with a score of 89
At Francis Howell....................................3rd place band, 2nd place auxiliary
At TWA Dome.......................................2nd place band, 1st PLACE AUXILIARY!!!!!! Go Guard!!!!!
