It makes you wonder ~ who is doing the wishing !
And is it really true that the grass is always greener on the other side
of the fence?
The Yellow Fairy There lived in a laburnum tree
A little fairy fellow,
He wore a feather in his cap,
And he was dressed in yellow.
He sang a song the whole day long
So merry and so clever,
But when I climbed to peep at him,
He flew away for ever.Charlotte Druitt Cole

"Do you belive in fairys ~ if you do then clap your hands!"
When I first read that line in Peter Pan - I clapped my hands, truely believing in fairies. Even now as an adult I still believe just as strongly!Faeries surround us everyday and as long as we believe in them we can see them.
To the unbeliever they notice the pranks the Fae like to play....such as items suddenly disappearing and then showing up where they had just looked for it!Remember that time spent in the Faerie Realm is different than time spent in this dimension! So be sure to check your watch every so often
I have created several hiding places for the Fairy's ~ so follow the path's below they will take you there!!
On a remote isle alive with sea winds and sweet melody lived the sylph known as Ariel - spirit and avatar of the air. He slept in the cowslip's bell, rode merrily on the back of a bat and looked down from the curled clouds on the revels of humans below. With his singing (for all his speech was song), he enchanted men and sometimes drove them mad. He knew how to bind and loose the winds, and how to conjure rain or roaring flame. But his spirit partook too much of the air to flourish in the mortals' world, and the time came when he disappeared, passing wholly into the element from which he long ago had come. ![]()

The Dream Fairy
A little fairy comes at night,
Her eyes are blue, her hair is brown,
With silver spots upon her wings,
And from the moon she flutters down.
She has a little silver wand,
And when a good child goes to bed
She waves her wand from right to left
And makes a circle above her head.
And then it dreams of pleasent things,
Of fountains filled with fairy fish,
And trees that bear delicious fruit,
And bow their branches at a wish;
Of arbours filled with dainty scents
From lovely flowers that never fade,
Bright flies that glitter in the sun,
And glow-worms shining in the shade;
And talking birds with gifted tongues
For singing songs and telling tales,
And pretty dwarfs to show the way
Through fairy hills and fairy dales.Thomas Hood
