On his first day as the new Symphony Conductor he told the musicians:
"From now on things will be different around here.  Everyone will be
expected to report on time and be prepared to practice long hours."

Displeased with this turn of events the Tympanist beat loudly on his
drums, "BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!"

"All right", the conductor said looking around, "Who did that?"
