Beep! I Love My Chevy Beretta! Beep!

Alas, the Chevy Beretta line is no more, but the joy this car brings is still felt in the hearts of its owners. Perhaps GM wrapped up its appeal best when they said:

"In a world of look-alike coupes, Chevy Beretta is a beautiful non-conformist with a style that is classically, confidently American."

While you can no longer go out and buy next year's model, they are bound to be filling the roads for years to come! As one of the most economical yet sporty cars around, more and more have been hitting the road in the past few years. I myself am proud to own a 1995 Beretta... it's got a few dings, but still is a great car! When I noticed how few the number of pages dedicated to this wonderful automobile was, I decided it was time I gave it the credit it deserves! Happy trails!

My Sporty Friend!

My car's name is ZFY (pronounced "ziffy"), which sort of matches my personality. i.e. It makes you think of "spiffy". His name comes from his KY liscense plate ZFY 167. It was fate! Below are some of his stats. He's been banged up a bit (not just by my driving - he's been hit on both sides in parking lots!), but still keeps me quite content.

My Buddy! ZFY was bought on December 31, 1994 at Bachman Chevrolet, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Background... ZFY's a 1995 model with a V-6 engine and automatic transmission. And, for the record, he's medium adriatic blue metallic with medium blue interior.

More Miles to Go! ZFY's traveled 40,000 miles (so far). That includes driving through:
