Ms_Cobol is the founder of #40+_ohio. She was born and raised in Cleveland, moving to Eastlake, Ohio for her senior year of high school. In 1975, she moved to a small town in the Zanesville/Newark Ohio area where she resides today.

She is the mother of a 20 year old daughter.

She has an Associate of Applied Business degree in Computer Science from Muskingum Area Technical College in Zanesville.

Currently Ms_Cobol works out of her home, she too is an Avon Representative.
