My interests are:
Someone who understands that relationships have steps. Like
friends, dating, boy/girl friend
and so on and who would like to spend time in each. A person with some morals. A person with a full jar upstairs. Not a lose nut or two or three hundred. One who likes and respects both her parents, not just one. A woman with character. A person who dreams, makes the sacrifice for that dream, and shows the tenacity to achieve it. Hell, just like any other guy, I'm just looking for an above average woman.
What I'm in search of:
Well this stuff is not set in stone, but it would be a good start. Someone between 25-40 years old, within 50 miles, between 125-150lb, under 5'10 inches, single or divorced, with or without children, but atleast 2 years old.

I'm attracted to the quiet yet friendly type. Someone who will think before speeking usually.
What's the FIRST thing others notice about you?
I'm not sure what the 1st thing others notice about me. I've never asked. I'd have to guess that people think I'm quiet and reserved. Lately the 1st question I've been asked is "have you been away, it looks like you have a tan". I say "well no, but I have been getting some sun already this year. It's either that or I've had to much coffee today and the hypertention may be on the high side. I hope it's the sun tanning and not the coffee".

The same as everyone else, just hitting it off the whole time! I always take the initiative & pay.

I've met my friends from lots of places, and not alot from and one place. Some from work, some from the
local bar
, some via the local BBS some years back, some from the neighborhood, some since highschool (back 18+ years now). As for the ideal friend...they would not only be there during the good times but also during the bad times and know and expect there will be bad times. That is just the way life is and we all have to deal with it in some way.

. I do alot of miles during the day but yes I do enjoy it. I think that it is very important to enjoy your work. From Trash Collector to a Lawyer if you don't enjoy it you will never be happy in life. I have been with the same company for 21 years now. Not always doing the same thing. Maybe that is why I enjoy it so much. It's always along the same lines but a change now and then is good.
Favorite pastime? Hobby? Diversion? Just what goes on Sundays at your place? Sundays?
Well lets see... Skiing, football at the pub or home, laundry, kid stuff, lawncare, beach, movies, eating out, garage/yard sales, food shopping, computing, people watching, playground hopping, billpaying, office paperwork, sailing, fishing, kite flying, local siteseeing, visting friends, and things like that.
What comedians, TV shows or movies match your sense of humor?
Bill Cosby, George Cariln. As for TV I don't watch much these days.

Well my favorite sceen is when the tub goes through the floor in the movie " "The Money Pit" and Tom Hanks response to it!

My favorite T-shirt is blank (white) but, it does have a pocket.
What were your favorite toys as a child?
My favorite toy as a child was small balsa wood planes. I also liked legos and slot car race sets.
When you were a child what did you hope you would grow up to be?
I wanted to be a woodbutcher. Still do, love to work with wood!!.

I collect junk, I have a hard time sending anything to the trash, that may have a future use.

My favorite subjects in school were Mechanical Drawing, Woodshop, and Electronics/Electricity.

Yes, I have a cat! Her name is Stormy. I do love dogs too, just don't have the time to care for one!
What personal habits of others really irritate you?
People who don't admit to mistakes they may have made in the past. We all make choices in life. Some are good and some are bad but, they are always are own choices. It really irritating to listen to someone complain about those choices insted of correcting them.
What *is* 'SEXY'?
Tight jeans and high heel boots. Something that moves the imagination.
Which virtues give you most of your self confidence?
Self-Discipline, Friendship, Work, Perseverance, Loyalty, Responsibilty.
What do you think caused your previous relationship / marriage to fail?
The other peson thought the grass was greener elsewhere, and wanted to give up.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Less of a procrastinator, less moody, more intimacy, stop smoking.
