Scuttle is the fun-loving, funny seagull. Ariel goes to him when she has questions about the human world. He’s quite a character, with his crazy definitions about human stuff He means well and sticks by Ariel at times too, helping her out when help is needed... and even not needed (he really should get voice lessons!). Scuttle’s humourous voice is played by Buddy Hackett.
